Did you know that 80% of animals that wind up at shelters are there for simple training issues? I have a news flash - puppies & dogs are going to poop in your house and chew on things unless you train them not to. It's not some miracle birthright that makes them automatically behave and it doesn't matter if you buy a puppy from a breeder or save the life of a dog from a shelter - there are things you will still need to work on with your dog.
